Gutter Evaluation
We come to your site and evaluate your gutters to see if they need service.

We evaluate things such as:

• Fascia board rotting; if your fascia board are rotted it would not make sense to have your gutters cleaned as you would first need to repair the fascia boards to ensure that more damage was not being done to your home than meets the eye.  Additionally fascia boards are needed to properly secure your gutters.
• Improper gutter hang; we ensure that your gutters are hanging at the right angle to ensure proper drainage.
• Damage to your gutters.

Gutter Cleaning Standard
We come to your site to provide one standard gutter cleaning at a charge of $150.00 for two hours of service and $50 an hour for every hour there after.

The average home takes two hours to clean the gutters.

The average cost of Gutter Cleaning Service in the Pierce County Area is anywhere from $165.00 to $300.00.

Additionally these contractors clean your gutters from on top of your roof, risking personal injury and possible litigation.  We clean your gutters using a safe Registered Trademarked Technique and Tool.

Our process ensures that muck, leaves and other debris are never splattered or left behind on your home, vegetation nor surrounding property.

Gutter Maintenance Package
We clean your gutters once every three months for $50 dollars a month.
